As long as you have a set of sockets, you can do it in about 15 minutes, and they do come with instructions.

nope, havent done any of the other positions, just the best all around one, and I only get the noise when I slow down, by downshifting.

it happens almost every time when i push the clutch in quickly, shifting out of first. My brother thought noise was coming from the drive train but???? i dunno. I get my Energy Suspension bushings next week i don't know when i'll install them all...

I took nismos lead and looked at what it does exactly. All you want to do is keep the car from slamming together when the clutch is released. I checked the diameter of the bolt, and got some high gauge plastic washers, made a sandwich, and no more clunk.thanx for the idea. Ill take a pic and post it soon, i just need to get a usb hub to hook it up.

psyclone -- I just got my spacers from PDM today and have two questions about the install:

1) Where did you position the jack to support the subframe when you took the bolts off one side at a time? Just somewhere between the front and rear bolts?

2) Did your's come with some type of white grease? If so, what did you use that for?

Thanks, I'm gonna try and install these this weekend

Well ever since I put these in my car will slide around any corner. Im wondering if i should see if i can do the same thing for the other 2 upper sub mounts. Any idea if the would go in there in the same way, or do you got to jack her up somewhere. I just put N1 duals on today and i noticed that it looked like it would be just as easy? :ylsuper

Looks like my weird thump at rear is the result of broken sub-frame bushings. I've ordered the rear sub-frame align kit from PDM to lock the sub-frame down, but they've advised me it won't completely solve the problem.

Solving the problem completely requires replacing the broken sub-frame bushings, which sounds like a pain in the backside. The bushings cost around $200 and I've been told that to replace them the sub-frame has to be taken off completely and the old bushings burnt out.

My guess is the lock frame kit will solve the bump but won't give the additional suspension compliance that replacing the broken sub-frame bushings does. Any comments?

Did the ACE Hardware bushings last very long? Was it a long term solution to the problem or did you eventually have to go with the PDM spacers? Mine is starting to thump and I am trying to make my mind up between the $7.50 fix and the $100.00 fix. Thanks.
