i still have my safc2 wired to my now stock KA to save some gas. i just noticed that i started to get some weird throttle % when i mash on the gas 100% or when i drive it normally. the throttle % never stays steady, it will go up and down. the safc is reading 85-100% throttle when im mashing and just jumps up and down from there. i messed with the TPS with the car off and reset it to show 4.5 volts at 100% throttle but it still shows the same results.

is the TPS going out? or is the safc gettin messed up?

Probably just a surge in the SAFC. My knock signal changes all the time when I turn the car on and off. My throttle also jumps at low rpm.Check the 2 ground wires that are implemented on the safc.Only advice that I have.BTW what are you running as your hi-low throttle percentages?I'm only running mine at -3% from 4000RPM to 6800RPM in high throttle.I haven't adjusted anything in low throttle, and my throttle correction is at 20% low and 70% hi.

either my coolant temp sensor is goin out, or my FPR is dead because i have to pull -28% on low throttle just so i dont run 10 or less AFRs. this is on stock injectors on a walbro pump (because i tossed my old pump when i went turbo)

I would bet on the temp sensor, if your FPR went out using a walbro the KA would bog and die at idle from too much richness.
