So i decided to do a compression test to see how the compression was holding up...turned out perfect 145 across all 4 but now when i go to start the car it dosent want to start..ecu light wont turn on and im getting no injector pulse nor spark...

Ok now im totally lost...fuel pump dosent prime when key is in on position...no injector pulse..and no spark..also when i turn the key over i get no light on my ECU diagnostics light...so im guessing im not getting power to my ECU? how would this happen?

When you are cranking your engine, the light normally goes off. If it doesn't come on when you put the key in the acc position, that means it's not getting power. Check the ecu connector, make sure its not loose.

check your wiring. make sure the ecu power, ecu relay, and ecu backup power go to the right pins on the ecu. They come from the gray and brown plugs by the battery. In case you don't know, the ecu power is a black wire with a white stripe, the ecu relay is red with a black stripe, and the ecu backup power is solid red.

Do you have your fuel pump wired to the ecu, or is it hardwired? If it's wired properly, which i assume it is, it wouldn't come on since your ecu has no power.

Connection from harness to ECU is tight..light dosent come on in the ACC position..and the pins arent loose..i checked with a multi meter and im getting power to all red wires i beleive i tested 4 and the black wire with white stripe which i saw 2 werent getting power..so what would cause me to all of a sudden lose power to the ECU after doing a simple compression test

check to make sure you hooked the ground up from the coil harness to the firewall, had one come unhooked and would start

See the funny thing is i checked both eng contr fuses after it wouldnt start and they were both blown...so i replaced both but the 25amp fuse i took from an 89 s13 and it seems to be a taller fuse..i goes in but it comes out easier then the regular fuse i was using..could that be the case?
