Weird sounds

Sup guys, I recently bought my third s14 and have owned it for a month now, but since then I have notice some weird noises coming from the back. Every time I press the gas it sounds as if I'm spraying. I also feel lack of power I. The motor I could slam my foot and it slowly speeds up. Any help or advice would be awesome, thank you.

Sounds as if you're "spraying"?
Check for exhaust leaks, check your timing (both ignition and valve). Is it OBDII? Is the ECU throwing any codes?
