Ok, so first off my car has a 2 way KAAZ LSD in it with maybe 10k miles on it. Yesterday Im driiving on the highway and the rear end of my car starts to make a vibrating grinding sound ONLY when I let go of the gas. The car didnt make any sound at all unless I got off of the gas. Since the sound changed depending on speed, I figured something is wrong with my diff. So I change the oil, nothing wrong with the fluid, no metal or anything. I tried driving my car to pepboys today for some brake cleaner, still did the same thing, On my way home though, things get worse. Now the whole rear end of the car vibrates when I step on the gas hard. The strange thing is, everything is perfectly fine as long as I depress the clutch or put the car into neutral. Im guessing that my KAAZ diff has either killed itself or somthing else is wrong in there. Anyone have any ideas?

Ok, so I took the entire pumpkin out and replaced it with a stock one that way lying around. I still have the same problem.... Could this be a hub bearing????The car still shudders like crazy when I step on the gas

I had a similar problem not too long ago and thought either my diff or driveshaft was the problem.

This is probably a real big long shot but the problem with my car was this can/check valve on the gas tank vent on the passenger side. The pop clip holding it up came undone and it was hitting the inboard flange on the diff. It only happened when I would accel hard or going around a corner.

Like I said probably not it but something to check.

Still cant seem to find the problem. Ive been told that It could be the hub bearings or CV joints. Anyone have any experience with my problem??? HELP!!!!
