Weird sound

Whats up everyone

I have a 89 240 FB and ever since I got the car I hear a weird sound every time I reverse.

The problem is, its very hard to describe the sound in words. It is kind of like a metal rubbing on metal sound and I can't tell exactly where its comming from.

All I know is that its coming from the rear of the car and it only happens when Im in reverse going at a very low speed..like when Im paralell parking at the curb in front of my house.

I thought it might have been coming from the diff but I thought that might not be right because it only happens in reverse.

Anyone else ever have this problem or are there any experts out there that want to make any suggestions on what the problem is or how to fix it?

That must be your rear brakes (stuck caliper)
