weird sound from under car. s13

my s13 started making this weird, ERRRRRR noise. i think it probably the clutch or transmission, maybe the driveshaft. but it happeneds when i press my clutch in and hold, or when i'm letting off, right before it disengages. but it doesnt happen all the time just most of the time. and it happens when i press the clutch to shift from 1st to 2nd gears. i have no idea what this sound is.. i need help.

It could be the throwout bearing.
