I changed my engine, trans, and diff oil the other day, and after driving around on it for a while there's a weird sound that happens at high RPMs. It's kinda like if you wrapped your BOV in a grocery store plastic bag. When I'm going at about 4500+RPMs and shift it makes the sound. I also noticed when I rev up the engine quickly when I'm parked it does it. I don't know what the problem is, I'm rolling with Mobil1 10w-30 Synthetic and Royal purple synthetic in the trans and diff. My car has been smelling like trans oil for quite a while, I don't know if i spilled some inside or if it's leaking or something. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to have someone rev the engine and locate the source of the noise. It doesn't sound like the result of fluid changes.
