WEIRD SCREECHING SOUND IN MY SR18DE...HELP

hey just wondering if any of u have had this problem and know what it is.when i start my car (more commonly when its cold) it makes a loud screeching sort of sound. im not sure where its coming from in the engine bay. when it starts for the first little bit it is running fuk al oil pressure not sure if thats good but my old pulsar did the same and made the same noise but not this bad

any help on what it might be wil be appreciated
