Well over the last couple of months my car would develop a misfire when I would re-start the car after letting it sit for a couple of minutes, it would also start acting up while I would be cruising sometimes too. Car would run on 3 cylinders, then would make a "click" sound and return to normal. I also noticed my fuel mileage was going down with the bad injector. So the other day I was on the highway and it started doing it, when I finally pulled over, I pulled the injector wire to #1 cylinder and there was no change in rpm, pulled #2 off and the car dropped rpm. So yesterday I decided to pull all the old injectors out and replace them, the car currently has 258,000miles on it, so I figured I would just bit the bullet and replace them all at once. I've never dealt with the side-feed injectors but R&R was pretty simple, took me about 35 minutes from start to finish and cost $206 for the injectors. The car now idles good and feels smoother when accelerating, plus it doesnt sound like a old tractor

Hope this helps other people out with this problem so they dont spend money on useless parts. BTW this is on a stock 93 ka24de.

You could have saved yourself $150 by just replacing #1 since you know thats what it was. But, might as well do them all at once if you can.

I dont mind spending the money, the car deserves it. Gas mileage has picked up, I'll post what the numbers are next time I fill up.

I think my tractor needs new injectors after reading this. Thanks.
