Ok so i've went to the track twice with my ka-t. And the first time i went i let it get about empty then filled it up about 1/4 with race gas. 110 octane.

Then when i got to the track i noticed i was smoking like crazy. ANd sure enough it was blue smoke so i didn't think much of it and thought my turbo was on it's way out. It was a constant blue smoke and was pretty damn thick. It didn't go away the entire time i was at the track. It was clearly oil burning, and smelled like it too.

Then on the way home i was low on gas almost empty again so i filled up with regular 93 and the smoking went away! Then about a week passes by and i got o the strip again and fill up with 2 gallons of 110 and what do ya know...... it starts burning oil again. Like i said it's constantly smoking the whole time the car is idling but everyone told me it did not do it going down the track....

Then once again once i'm out of the race gas and put in 93 it's normal. It's been about 2 weeks and it hasn't done it at all since the race gas ran out.

Just kind of wondering if anyone else has ever had the same problem? Or has any idea why race gas would make my car do that??

thanks

Bad gas, dont buy from them anymore. Find another supplier and try again. Race gas should in no way do that.

Or talk to the supplier and figure out what the fvk is inside the gas, tell him your issue.

You might not be burning all your fuel when its high octane. It might be leaded gas too, which could be why its not be burning all the way.

Is there any gas in your oil now too? I'd check before driving too much.

Like 480SX said, find out more about it. Or just stick with pump.
