Weird popping after new motor

I dropped a 22k mile motor in my supercharged g37 and am having problems with finding what this issue could be (please see the attached video via YouTube). I put new spark plugs on and gapped to spec for my tuner, new coil packs on, and checked for vacuum leaks, I have no codes even after ideling for 10mins or a short drive, I'm pretty sure my flywheel is aligned correctly, so the only thing i can think is mabey injectors?
