i just noticed my oil pressure gauge goes to 0 when the car has warmed up, but its perfect when the car is cold... anyone know what could cause this?

get a new oil pressure sending unit. It's easy to install with the oil filter off. I would NOT run my car with the oil pressure gauge reading 0.

you can hook up a mechanical uage to verify the reading, if you still have low oil pressure it's either a clogged pickup form a denten pan (common in pallet motors) or worn rings and bearings

lol i went through like 4 sending units. the original from both my motors a wrecking yard one and a new one none of them work lol but oddly the oil pressure came on when i had a loaner ecu in while mine was getting remapped, but went off after about 5 mins i just gave up too ha im just happy having speedo and tach cuz after my jdm swap i had nothing. it was probably pre-existing since i bought it with a blown motor.

i did a compression test on it and got 150psi average on cold engine, so i dont think its the rings, i'll check to see if there are dents in the pan, its a non swap engine from what i know so..
