Weird nosie coming from rear?

I just bought a 95 s14 with lsd and everytime i shift and dont ease the clutch out slowly it makes a knock in the back? The guy i bought it off of said it was the lsd kickin in but i think its something more? I thought maybe it needs new u-joints? Your guy's thoughts would be nice.

Yes it sounds like we have the same problem. Mine is more of a loud clunk though. I think i have solved the problem but im not sure. I think the diff bushing wore out of the sub frame bushings. Does that sound right?
