weird noise??

stock ka24de been hearing a bad grinding or rolling sound coming from beneath where the oil filter sits. a issue before this happen was the notorius timing chain kit click on the guides.could this be a broken peice of the guide tumbling around???

post up some pics too...you definitly want to open this bluck up and take a look..allso..go to a pharmacy type corner store and pick up some urine strainers and dump your oil throu that to see what ya find in the pan...the strainer should catch any thing over 1mm in size...that banging around could be serious damage..its worth the look.
