weird no start. have spark&fuel

well i finally gave up and got my car towed to my tuners shop. he looked at it for a little while but will get more into tomorrow.

i stuck around for a little bit enough to be puzzled by my car shooting flames out of the cylinders, with the injectors disconnected and no spark plug in it.

Did you get the car started? Sounds like i'm having the same issue with my rb20.

the shop has been extremely busy and only been working on it since this monday. he double check everything and thinks i have a bad CAS. it only reads 4 degrees all the time, and even if we change the timing in the cells in datalogit it never changes.

so im in the market for a CAS... anyone want to hook me up??? cheap? or ship me a known good one to test to see if his theory is right? let me know if you are willing to help in any way... money is kinda tight right now and i can use any kind of help i can get... email or post up.

in my opinion your cas doesnt explain why your lights were dimming. to me it sounds like you could possibly have a short to ground somewhere. check the cas circuit before you purchase a new one and definatly do an amperage draw test..

my RB20 did the samething in an S13 when there was an opening in my signal wire from the cas back to the pcm... keep us posted

how is the wiring from the cas to the pcm? which wire is what on the cas and which goes to the pcm? sounds like it could be something similar like that...

s*** sat at my tuners shop not being worked on because he picked up a new fleet contract... sucks. my car was put WAY back on the back burner. took it home and seeking other local guys to give their input....
