ok so i just finished swapping in my hybrid turbo, t25/28, and my car is lagging like i have a boost leak, but my boost gauge is reading a solid 10psi at the intake. My friends dad fooled around with it tinkerin and what not, he said to test my MAF cause it might be acting up. its running like the timing is way off if you know what i mean, revs and blows off but minimal umph in the forward direction. im going to test my maf tomorrow and also hopefully swap my friends with mine to see if that does it. its the SOHC maf.

ya like 4 times, weird thing is tho, we checked it again with his dads timing light and his has the dial on the back to track the timing closer. when he set the light to tdc, the dial said it was at 20 degrees.. so he adjusted the timing to the stock 15+-2 degrees and it ran even worse

check your Tps voltage should be .45-.55 with car power in the on position, just one turn before the starting position, check for vac leaks, do not remmember what the signal voltage is for the maf should be 5v and the power voltage should be 11.5-12. idk try the search button thats where I found it. If it is your maf I have two mafs, 1. sohc, 2. s13 sr

i checked my MAF, its fine. my tps is working fine, i decided to check my O2 sensor, in the fsm it says to check between wires a and c and there should be between 3-1000ohms of resistance, i hardly got anything. I bought the O2 last year around this time so it shouldnt be bad, but it could be if i was foolin around with my s*** too much. what do you guys think?

so i was reading some other threads i searched and someone was having the same issues, they said they disconnected the 02 sensor and as far as idle goes it didnt change anything. then they said it ran better, not 100% better but noticeably better. i decided to try and disconnect to see what would happen and it ran noticeably better. so...bad o2??? PLEASE LET THAT BE IT
