Weird Misfire issue?!....need expert advice.

This has been bugging me for 2 weeks now. It appears whenever I hit 80mph the car will lose some power and make a weird noise from exhaust (almost like a motorcycle) the car will shake badly when I come to a stop as well and run. problem seems to go away when I ease off on the gas then it runs fine again. I am out of ideas here what it could be. I changed my wires too still the problem persists. My injectors and spark were checked and they were fine. Someone help me out here as I am at a corner with this problem. Could this maybe be a bad tps or other sensor??

Could be a bad TPS or MAF. Have you done a compression check on the engine?

Haven't done a compression. I cleaned my maf last week. Now it's acting fine and I took it to 90mph..I was thinking tps maybe as well.
