Hello everyone,
I have a JX35 with about 123k miles it was making a weird engine sound a few months ago but very faint. Now it's gotten louder, I can't seem to figure out what the problem happens to be, hopefully someone here can help me out.. Also, there isn't an engine light on.

Hey there,

Does the sound go up or down if you turn the wheels or turn on/off the AC? What side of the engine bay does it come from?

Could be something like the compressor or power steering pump, etc. but might be best to take it in for a diagnostic at an Infiniti dealership.
