ok i think it might be my maf sensor, has any one had this problem with putting a cold air intake on? and can i use the maf from the rb motor since it is so much bigger?

Try cleaning the MAF with brake parts, electrical cleaner, or alcohol.

Sometimes over oiled filters will get oil on the sensor.Another common problem is a bad ground on the MAF. Usually just adding an additional ground will solve it.

today i cleaned it and put my stock intake on, and it is still running the same, but when i looked in my mirror i seen some huge flames coming from my exhaust, i really dont know what else to do.

I had a similar problem with mine, try pulling plugs of the injectors. If it doesnt idle any lower when you pull one its more than likely a bad injector.

i just pulled one injector at a time, and when i pulled each one, you can tell that all of them are on and working, do you think it can be electircal? im going to try and add an extra ground tomorrow when the rain stops hopefully that will do something

now i went out and i unplugged the battery to reset the computer and now it turns over but its not starting and i have a new rotor cap wires and ngk laser plugs? i put all that on like 3 days ago...

Buy any chance can somebody post a pic of where the MAF is located? I am having starting problems and I want to check the MAF but don't know where it is located. Ya I know I'm a but any help would be appreciated.

lol, your maf is the sensor in between the air box and your intake pipe you cant miss it, it has a wiring clip on it you'll have to pull up the little metal clip, i used a flat head to pop it off, use crc mas air flow cleaner they have it at any parts store.
