Weird fuse plug clip and wires

Hey whats up all? So i was out changing plugs and wires 2day, and noticed a plug in clip that had the wires cut on whatever it was connected to i can see that it is in the same grommet of wires which has a plug that goes to the mass air flow, one to the ignition coil, and then one that is just hanging there. Hope i explained that half way decent and somewhat understandable lol. Also it looks as though the injectors were rewired for some reason, 2 of them closest to the back of the engine have had the wires spliced and connected with connectors. not really sure. Thanks
