I'm new to the forum and I appreciate any advice you might have. I've had my 08 Versa S hatchback for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it.
About a month ago I noticed a noise coming from the passenger side when the windows were down, it kind of sounded like when you've got a playing card on your bike and the wheel spokes hit it... anyway, it really only happened when I was going over 30mph. Brought the car to the dealer (it stopped once I got there, of course), and they said I must have hit a curb or a pot hole because the hubcap was out of alignment. They fixed it, I went on my way.
Now a month later, I've got the same exact noise on the driver's side. Is it possible I hit a massive pothole and did it again? Maybe it is, but I sure think I'd have remembered hitting a curb on the driver's side, lol. Also, I've checked under the car for anything stuck under there and it looks clear. I have another appointment with the service department on Tuesday, but meanwhile I'm just a little weirded out because it's my first new car (otherwise I'd been driving a 92 Maxima around). Has anyone else heard of this?
