1994 pathfinder shoots out clouds of white smoke and large amounts of liquid gasoline. Gasoline is in the oil, so rings are flooded. All 6 injectors show a good 12.3 ohms and new plugs have been installed. Ecu has been swapped and still no help. The weird thing is the truck runs and drives fine? I don't see how it could, running so rich. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Don't mean to second guess your diagnosis here, but are you sure it's "liquid gasoline" you see coming from your exhaust (tail) pipe? Could it be water vapour - resulting from burning engine coolant?

Burning coolant can also produce large amounts of white smoke in the exhaust. And since you say that the engine runs well, it may not be excess fuel you're burning (running rich).

What does the exhaust smell like?

Again, not trying to start an arguement here, just opening the door to some other possibilities based on your symptoms...

It is straight gasoline. I am going to do a compression check on it and see if maybe it has a bad valve. Or maybe it might be the fuel press regulator?
