Weird Electrical Problems

OK, ive been through the FSM and its wiring iagrams over and over and must be missing something. First off i think the car is now starving for fuel. The fuel pressure just isnt there for some reason. If i fill up the tank it runs smoother, but will buck under 20% and up throttle if less than half tank. Fuel pump bad maybe? But My turn signals, brake lights and dash illumination are not working. Hazard lights work though. Any ideas on the fuel problems or lighting problems? Maybe it is a relay and i just cant figure out which! Thanks

For info on the fuel prob check my last thread which really didnt help much but goes more in depth as to the problem and whats been done and changed lately.
