weird electrical problem, possibly ECU related.

okay, in the process of prepairing for my turbo install, my boss and i went ahead and chipped an ECU, just burned stock maps for now to confirm the ecu works.

well after we install the ECU, when i hit the gas pedal my brake indicator light flashes on or off, or goes dim, and i hear this buzzing comming from the left side of the gauge cluster, almost sounds like one of those annoying GM buzzer chimes (definatly electrical though, not something vibrating).

so we put my stock ECU back in, and everything is normal, so we then take another unmodified stock ECU and put it in, and he wierd buzzing, dash light thing comes on again. it is only when i am on the throttle. other than the buzzing and the odd indicator light problem, the car drives and idles just fine.

i have checked the battery's current with the car off (was around 12v) and with the car running (13.7v) so i don't think the alternator or battery is bad.

any help would be greatly appriciated
