Weird clutch issues

hey guys,

i just purchased a new S13 coupe from a guy locally here in Austin and i'm having some real trouble with the clutch. this issue is intermittent and it doesnt seem to matter if the engine is hot or cold. the issue is that while the clutch petal is down, i get mechanical feedback from the petal and the clutch sticks like its not dis-engaging. the petal still feels fine. if im in gear, i have to yank the stick out. once this happens, i have trouble getting it back into any gear. (this really sucks when im at a stoplight) i can sometimes pump the clutch and it will finally go back into gear like it should. now, before you guys start calling me an idiot (i know someone will, lol) i have replaced everything that i thought could be the culprit. slave cylinder, master cylinder... i even pulled the lines out of the parts car that i have sitting in my driveway which had zero clutch problems. i have checked and rechecked the lines for leaks, air or any other typical problems. i can only guess that the clutch itself is causing the issue

if anyone has any suggestions as to what i could try next, i would greatly appreciate it.
