Weird boost noise

Let me try to enplane this the best i can...lol so when I'm driving low rpms my turbo spools normal and normal boost. But once i get on it sounds like my wastegate is alot more open then normal? its hard to enplane its just a sound i have never heard before, maybe its a bad IWG? or leaking? lemme hear your input.

I think he means check your piping to see if you have some sort of boost leak after the turbo.
