weird blinker

ok so i dont mean to bug you guys out there but my 85 720 4x4 has cooky blinkers the right side works fine but the left side only works if you push it ever so slightly and hold it any info would help but im afraid its gonna be the whole blinker switch

Yeah. My 85 standard cab does the same thing. The problem is the contacts for the turn signal on the steering column. They are not easy to repair but could be done. It would be easier to get a replacement.
