I just got my t-3 from a z31 300zx, and noticed it is sorta heavy, can the turbo cause cracks around the flange, do you guys support the weight some way? or will it be fine to let the manifold support the weight? btw I have a jgs log type manifold

You should be fine using a log style mani. With such short runners and a small radius plate, there isn't much tensile stress on the mani itself.
