i did. yahoo searches give me crap when i look up something like this "ka24e+weight" i get crap like "this nissan truck with the ka24e has a weight of 2400lbs" i hate yahoo

i dunno. when you lift the engine out it feels like 200-300lbs. I'm sure they are all around that same general area.

I believe in the Sport Compact Car (right magazine?) sr20det swap they listed the ka24e and the sr20det around 490 each with the transmission I think the SR was 3lbs lighter. Roughly about the same.
