Weight lost from swap?

This is a pretty ridiculous question almost not even worthy of making a new thread for but here goes:

Anyone know how much weight the car loses from swapping the ka out for the ca?:D

well, the CA is still a heavy engine, and then you add the piping and turbo, so it might actually be heavier,

my car sitts higher in the front now after my swap , even after puting on my suspension last night still sits high in the nose

I think it's maybe all of 38lbs, but don't quote me on that.

I've heard 40 mentioned before...so yeah I'd say 38 might be right

I checked, and a CA18DET is 46.2 lbs lighter than an SR, which in turn is supposedly several pounds lighter than a KA. So, 50 or so? This is still significant.
