Anybody knows a good weight loss system?

Ok So my wifey came home yesterday with a box of Kit Kat(free). Nothing serious till you see the size of it.

It is 23lbs of pure kit kat.

I love Kit Kats. So I'll be a fat boy in 2 weeks.

MMMM I would be half way through the 10.5 Kg of kit kats you have there by now. Sounds like Halloween candy to me.

It's actually been proven that if you eat candy all day and nothing else, you will lose weight, regrow hair, gain muscle mass, and not need glasses anymore! Lol.

Umm, just hit the treadmill for 10 min after eating a kitkat :-p You might have to run for hours a day though...

The guy who works on the lift next to me, his dad works at Hersey. We get cases of Reese's cups everyother month. MMMMMMM

You will never have a Reese cup as good as the ones that are only days old. It will make you never want to get them at the store again.

I love chocolate. What would a day mean to me without chocolates?

Like skipping sex for a few days. Not sure what level is your adiction to it. It varies by day depending from the level of your addiction.

I am at straight 1 day. Feels same as I misses a day sex.

BTW To the O.P. this thread sucks. oh wait a minute that is me.

Sorry I had a few too many chocolates.

Kit kats and reeses bother me.

I remember when they didn't use vegetable oil to stablize the chocolate.

Ever open up a kit kat or reeses and notice that film on top? Real milk chocolate doesn't have that!

Either way, congrats on the candy Zozo. You might have to go with higher load rated tires

Zozo:

My addiction to chocolate is really bad. I actually buy a quart of Silk Chocolate Soy Milk every weekend, when I really need that chocolate shot to get into my system and to get me going, really fast---I can't wait for the chewing chocolate in those moments. I actually take a shot of Soy Chocolate Milk before i go driving---it usually clears my head and my thinking.

Then at night, I gulp down a 3.5 ounce or 4 ounce chocolate bar for bed time. Then, when I need a serious fix or shot of chocolate at work, I run down to a restraunt thats close by my office to buy a double chocolate delight. Its that bad---really, really bad with me. And surprisingly, I don't put on any weight at all, regardless of the amount of chocolate i eat---somehow, my body regulates the amount I eat and when I eat it, very nicely.

My chocolate must have nuts in it---preferably, Almond nuts.

Nate:

I also have issues with the Reeses peanut butter stuff. Seems to make me weak and disoriented when i eat it. I have to have pure milk chocolate and maybe with almond nuts.

WOW!! You better drink lots of beers to offset the sweetness!!

I am not particularly sure why I don't routinely drink alcohol. I think I replaced alcohol with chocolate, G-35C, and good food. Will be having a well spiced Smoked Turkey Drumsticks for dinner today---can't wait to get home and get busy with the Turkey.

I can tell you that having a box like that isn't going to help with weight loss!

Save it for when the wifes friend comes into town each month!

Hey just don't let her read this
