WeatherTech "RackSack"

Anyone ever used this thing? It's 13 cubic feet, water-repellant (but not water-proof) and is collapsable when not mounted and in use. I'm thinking about getting one. Thinking it might be a good alternative for someone like me who doesn't really need a full-on cargo box.
