so someone turned me onto this site and i need to be sure that im buying the right part so can some one confirm what part on the link is the one to replace on the broke pieces on the photo....http://www.courtesyparts.com/240sx-part ... _3818.html

thats not metal its like fiberglass plastic....and i think that the weatherstrip and plastic part comes together....but i need more info to make sure if these dam specs where not so hard to destigwish ....so

I've been trying to figure this out myself. I haven't found a clear answer yet. Everywhere I look the part is like $80 or so. I can't see that little rubber weather stripping costing that much on it's own.

thats wat i think and when you look at the diagram on the link it looks like its the plastic piece cuz theres no part number for either one so its got to be both.right?

The fiberglass trim piece is a part of the glass panel. If you order the weatherstripping it will only be the rubber part. I did exactly that and tried to make my trim piece work. Well my trim blew off at about 130mph. Your only option is to find a good used glass panel or order a new one for $800.
