Weak start issue

On my most recent (last weekend) trip back home I realized that my G is having an issue on start up.

I put the key in, turn it, and it cranks up just fine, and then instead of the normal start that G35's usually provide; I get a weak (almost sounds like I'm choking it) start. Also, it's not a consistent either. For example, if I let it sit overnight and go start it, it starts up fine. But if I drive it and then let it sit for like 10 - 15 minutes then the issue occurs. My first guess was the spark plugs, but I could be wrong?

battery? my G was having trouble starting for a few days then the battery died. might be worth a check? just a guess

my G35x did this exact thing... my battery died a couple days later... lucky i was ready for it... so i kept my G close to home...

get your battery checked pronto

You can check it yourself with a battery hydrometer.



If any individual cell tests low it is time to replace the battery

Yeah, they do the same thing here at hole-in-the-wall Lynchburg, Virginia... I'm going to have to get it done Wednesday because a brotha has class for most of the day on Tuesday.
