Hello to the Infiniti Technical ForumThis is my first post. I have a 99 q45. The A/C has become weak with slow and poor cooling in town. Function good at highway speeds consistant with improved airflow over condenser. I have noted that auxillary fans are not coming on. In following the FSB all three A/C fan relays and the A/C relay are OK. Both fans good and run high and low with direct connection to 12v. Continuity testing to all relays and circuits OK. At the triple pressure switch I get continuity to engage compressor and compressor stays running, auxillay fans do not come on, belts good. If I bridge terminals 2 and 3 at the triple pressure switch both fans come on at low speed. Static low side pressure compressor off 65, low side with compressor on, fans off 45-65 temperature dependent. Low side with compressor on and fans bridged on 45. No problem with engine overheating. My questions: should auxillary cooling fans come on and run at all time with the A/C on?Is the triple pressure switch the problem? Is this a different issue (ECM control, compressor, etc.) that I have missed.Your experienced input in this diagnostic is appreciated.Jim
