We saw some cool new tools and products at the SEMA show last year and wanted to get some input from you guys. We haven't done the "gimic" research on any of these yet, but please let us know what you'd be interested in us taking on. Also, if you have any personal experience with these, we'd love your input.

Halo Lighting - Sweet looking Halogen, HID and LED bulbs.

The Blade - Exhaust add on to increase fuel economy.

Tornado - a part you place inside your intake - a (cheaper) alternative to an intake system or CAI. Claims to add 1-2mpg on average.

OKSpark - a glorified voltage sensor. Helps to identify if a wire isn't functioning properly, or which spark plug isn't firing properly. Would probably just bring in a cheaper voltage sensor.

Scan Gauge - provides code diagnosis, and digital gauges that provide HP, Fuel Economy, Fuel Rate, Battery Voltage, Coolant Temperature, Intake Air Temperature, Engine Speed (RPM), Vehicle speed (MPH and KM/H), Manifold Pressure, Engine Load, Throttle Position, Ignition Timing

Some sort of cool tire pressure gauge or monitoring system - Tire pressure is the new fad in fuel economy.

Tech Flex Braided Sleeving - cool sleeving to deck out your hoses

This is the only one I know about and I've seen multiple pieces done on it by Local TV station "Consumer Advocates" and in every case it did nothing to improvement fuel economy. Now mind you I don't consider the testing they did to be "scientific" by any stretch, but at the end of the day, if they can't see an improvement, the consumer probably won't either.

Thanks for the input, that's what I'm hearing.

If I were in your position I would not even be considering carrying the bulk of this stuff. halo, blade, tornado, sleeving, all rice/junk. OKSpark....if you want to get into tools and sell something with this function then sell multi-meters(everyone will just go to Sears though). As for the Scan Gauge, sounds no bueno to me either. A gauge for HP...? fuel economy and rate...do you mean pressure? gotta be a gimmick/complete garbage.

On the other hand tire pressure monitoring is a good idea for safety so long as you carry reliable systems.

I have ordered from you guys before and you're legit as far as I'm concerned so please don't jump on the Ricer band wagon. I know it's cheaply made crap so your overhead would be low but you would loose respect/customers if you did that, especially us Niconauts.
