I see all these threads that want to be deleted but have to wait for an admin to do it. I say set the rules to be able to delete any post that isn't the thread. If it is the thread. Let us edit the damn topic. When you edit the thread title it does nothing but edit the little text in the message.

It's annoying honestly...

but don't you think it's annoying not being able to do anything to your thread if it needs to be changed?

This story has been beaten to death already.

When KCar got pissed and left, he deleted every one of his threads. They were pretty *useful* threads too from what I remember.

yes i remember that when he deleted everything. BUt I am saying I was still able to delete my threads(not posts, Threads I made). I was able to do that until NICO made the server move recently. Which is why my 1st question right after the move was "Why cant I delete my threads?".

They were working on restricting that before the software change. Torry even warned us about it a few times.

Come on now....The mods/admins/owner are at your service.

If you need something done that you can't do and its something that we think should be done just let someone know.

A simple E-mail will get you results.

You guys can't delete your own threads? Click on Edit and look for a Delete button lower left. Before the server move there was a time limit; you couldn't delete after so many hours or days or something. I assume that's in effect still.

I have noticed a rash of 240SX threads in the General Chat.

W1ngzer0-Dont worry, the thread may not be moved, deleted or edited at the very second that you want it to, but we will take care of it.bud

IIRC, in the old world you could delete your "thread" as long as there were no other posts attached to it or the "clock" hadn't run out (time limit). In the new world, you cannot delete a thread starting post no matter what, well I guess mods/admins can. I think that being able to del a thread starting post with no posts attached along with being able to edit the topic line for the thread is the basic request. Is this even possible in ZeroForums?

Here's a NOVEL idea:

Slow down and think before you type. Then slow down and look at your post before you hit "post".

That'll eliminate 99% of your problem.

BTW, we're working on the other issues noted.

Are you suggesting that I actually read. I'm to lazy. I'm so lazy that don't even move my eyes.
