Honda might have been successfully in stealing his torque.

That Dyno is hosed. All three measurements drop off like a stone.... which isn't all that uncommon... but I've NEVER seen all the measurements GO BACKWARDS!!! How is that possible... it makes them two different values at the same time in the RPM range. That isn't possible as far as I can tell.

EDIT: Nevermind... this is using SPEED as the X-axis... usually they use RPMs. Is that normal?

yeah is weird to use speed, why wouldn't you rpms. That doesn't tell you where in the engine revs you are getting the most power

Exactly...

that Dyno is not right..... in order to have a power curve like that... you would have to see shift points.. and HP and Torque would drop at each shift point. Something isn't right. There is no way it stays in the same gear from 30MPH to 120MPH.

Either it's totally bogus or someone has some explaining to do.

It's perfectly fine. He did 3 runs. 1 in 3rd gear, 1 in 4th gear, and 1 in 5th gear.

The third gear run started at 30 mph and ended at 75.The fourth gear run started at 40 and ended at 107.The fifth gear run started at 57 and ended at 137. see?

But to me, that doesn't look like the graph of a turbo'd car. The torque curve remained eerily flat. He's probably got a supercharger or a heavy NA tune(I doubt it, no one goes NA these days)...

You can convert it to RPM if you want, it's just obnoxious as hell to have to do. I HATE when dyno's are done like that.

I see now... thanks for clearing that up, CC.

Kinda cool... looks like you can see engine braking HP as the dyno run ends in each gear.

I still don't like the x-axis being speed instead of RPMs. Not a very useful measure in comparison.
