Heya mangs,

Back several months ago I released a teaser shot of the engine bay from our S14.5 project vehicle. Everyone was asking for more...more photos, more details.., but at the time, we had to keep a lid on it until it was all ready to be launched. Well, we debuted the vehicle a little over two weeks ago at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas, and it was a big hit!

In the next few weeks I will be populating a huge website which uncovers the 7,500 hours of labor involved in this vehicle. And as I promised back in August, the NICO RB forum would be the first to see what was going on...so here it is. Check back often. I have another 10,000 words to type, and about 80-100 photos to upload, but it's all good...be patient, I am only one man!

excellent vehicle man. I dunno about the RB26 being the most rare and most expensive swap, excellent never the less!

Wow, nice looking engine bay.

Your name conjures up an IASCA event in Ok in the early 90's ... Did you have a 240 way back then?

Yes, that's me. I have owned several S14's, and yes, I have competed in IASCA events for the last 16 years!

side note.... u know if you used a vector based image for your logo on your website (scottbuwalda hybrids).... it wouldn't look so pixilated

Naw, Guido is a good friend of mine that works for Diamond Audio. Funny, he's not *that* big, or *that* intimidating...but I guess when some guy knocks on your door looking for money, and you know you're in trouble with so many people, you run to the bank and get cash out pretty damn quick.

I hope to finish the speed portion of the website in the next few days-thanks for everyone's input! The site is here: http://buwaldahybrids.com/speed.htm

Looking good Scott, I must say that you have the cleanest swap I’ve ever seen. And everything was sooooo shiny. I’m glad Top Hat could help you in starting that beast for the first time. It sure sounded good with the BRM exhaust

BTW I hope you’re not really standing on the motor in the picture on the front page.
