Ok you've helped me find out what size turbo i have. Now i need you again.I have two 1995 240's.yes both have been hit so there done. One's an auto and the other's a 5speed..This time i couldn't find a clean 95 in my area. So i had to go 96obd2.. i need the facts on tunning. can i use 95 ecu and a made up harness to get a tune? or just go standalone? my goals are 400hp-500 some day

Been mia because I'm prepping my house for sale. Does your state require an OBDII scanner type inspection?

the only thing we do is hook up under the dash to check for codes..if it fails they will turn off the cel and have u drive around for awhile then come back and it passes as long as it didnt come back on...and if it flunks again we can show how much money we spent to get it fixed and dmv gives us a wavier....another thing is..will my built engine and intake with egr delete from my 95 hook right up in my 96? meaning the plugs on the harness

I would buy an Enthalpy rom tune, just pick one that matches what your power goals are. I'd recommend getting the 72lb/N60 MAF combo package unless you have a different set of injectors and MAF. Obviously the tune has to match the setup. I think he sells a harness adapter to, if not one of our vendors does, just have to click around.

As far as the engine dropping in goes, the only thing that won't plug in will be whatever you've removed. Everything else should be the same iirc.
