they just cant figure ou how to tax it or legal bud would be at the corner stores.

I would much rather have some guy stoned out his mind driving 5~10mph slower, over the drunk guy going 50 over because" I drive so good when I am drunk" syndrome kicked in like vtac... you all have a guy you know like that tell him to stfu and stop

HEH...funny you linked me to that. I get daily updates from NORML via email and I'm a paying sponsor

There are some great articles on the NORML site itself about responsible use and various other good articles. Good to know people think of me when they think of weed

Although I haven't in a couple years, I want to state that I agree 1000%.

My mom used to say that the national debt would be gone in about 3 months because of all of us if they taxed it.

I'm pretty sure this is only so people can grow their own and only enough for personal use. Which is the way it should be until it's fully legalized.

I agree with growing your own. Its not like you have to go buy brewing equipment or have a chemistry set. Seed, Earth, Water and sunshine. Sadley if they do legalize i still won't be able to partake being military they would still test for it im sure.

God forbid the government can't take money from people who have it. I just wish the pigs would wake up and see how corrupt the system is, and stop enforcing bull**** laws.

"By the people for the people" hasn't been in effect ...since ever as far as I'm concerned.

Cory you know we have a Politics forum now bro. Drop in and argue...

We need to exact our right to "throw down the Gov" and start the hell over.

If you have ever watched the movie "Idiocracy", I kind of feel like Joe, or "Not Sure" arguing against watering plants with Brawndo when I get into those arguments.

By the people, for the people was supposed to be commonwealth.. But that turned into a few people following that concept for themselves, and everybody else living in a "communist-wealth"

I don't smoke anymore, but I think this is a step in the right direction. I'm a gun owner and a CCW card holder. Violence worries me. And the fact that in many cases, violent, repeat offenders are being released from prison early to make room for non-violent drug offenders just makes me sick.

It should make you sick, the system is failing miserably and were paying out the A to keep a failing system operating. All the while were nearing 10 trillion dollars worth of debt.

I did a report about it when i was in HS. I found from a few sources that ~50 percent of all people locked up in jail are non violent drug offenders. 50 percent of the courts resources/time is spent on NON VIOLENT DRUG OFFENDERS.

Seriously, the war on drugs is the almost the biggest failure of this govt.

The money spent on the so called war could just as easily build a manned fence around the entire nation. Then simply enforce the current immigration and importation laws. That would curb the "bad" drugs, heroin, coc etc.

Weed is fantastic...don't give me the gateway **** either. Cigarettes are a gateway, beer is a gateway...f***...LIFE is a gateway.

Wanna relax and be happy? Puff puff give and have a nice day

Keep on top of current events, vote, write your congress/senate. Do your part...that's how things get repealed.

Be responsible though...getting stoned and driving around or going to work etc is a bad idea.

The biggest problem right now is the system punishes causes, not effects. People get high and kill somebody, and they blame drugs, and make ANOTHER rule about drugs. The self-chosen state he was in should not even be considered in court. He killed somebody no different than any other killer did. He should be tried for murder, not being high and murdering somebody. Same with DUI. I don't care if he was drunk, there was a car crash and somebody died regardless, manslaughter. I don't want to get started on my capital offense only system though...

We need less laws, and more effective less laws. The ****ing hopeless idiocracy society of today allows each member to get their nitch. Everybody thinks their new rule is going to fix America. We aren't going to fix America by adding rule after rule after rule. We are going to fix America by rewarding people who give to the society. Lead the thirsty horse to water and ride him on the way. Don't whip the **** out of him until he moves. The Navy is ****ed up like this. Every ****ing officer that shows up thinks their new rule and motive is going to fix the Navy. I will tell you that the small society of a ship clearly shows how ineffective each new rule is. With the addition of rule comes disgruntles and hardship. You only punish everyone. I think a lot of these problems could be solved if people simply toked up before work as well. I don't really smoke, and I haven't in a long time. But some people really do need to just smoke a ****ing bowl and chill the **** out.

Not just the Navy bro...thats the Military in general. Unfortunatly, someone decided a long time ago that in order to look good you have to enforce some type of change or add "your touch" or you won't get a good OPR. The promotion rate to Lt Colonal in the USAF is sickening...like 78% these days. 1/4 of those should never have seen O4...
