im just bored right now....and i was wondering if any if u guys like to name ur cars.... I named my boat silvia....

LOL @ Sideshow, good call. I usually call my car Christine, as in the Stephen King movie . . . it really feels demonic sometimes. :-)

I can definately relate to that, having a zx2, had it 9 months and I think it already needs a new tie rod end.

As for naming my cars, I am a knight rider nut. My first car, a black 87 prelude was named KITT, my first 240(2nd car) was KARR, and my new 240 will be KARR as well but it will have a "3K" after "KARR" on the plates if i can get that on vanity plates. Laugh all you guys want.

Mainevent, chill people have been naming possesions for longer than cars have been around, geez.

I've been meaning to name my car, but the name hasn't hit me yet...until now. I'm going to name it Ziggy. Not for the comic, however. I'm repainting the car a cobalt blue, therefore david bowie's "ziggy blue" applies. Also, the license plate will be "MOVEZIG" in true Zero Wing fashion. Ahh...feels good to name a car!

i dont know what you guys are thinking swearing at and calling your cars dirty names. i tried that once with mine and it kicked my ***. a 30 min job turned into a 2 hour job because i was rude to her.

Dude, when I first read where it said "ziggy" I was thinking Movezig, then I scrolled down, and i started laughing :ylsuper

My old ford was also named s&1t-pile. a '90 Tempo. I was cursing under the hood most weekends trying to replace something that was broken.

I do call my car Silvia, even if it will never be a true silvia. I figure that a LHD silvia is close enough for me
