wats the deal w/ Secret Services???

anyone know the deal with Secret Services in tampa, i sent them my wiring harness for the sr conversion almost 2 weeks ago and stilll nothing...as of last wednesday i have been calling and emailing and no responses, i mean are they that busy that they can't pick up the phone or answer emails!?!? all i get is their answering machine like 10 times a day

short story short, they got tired of working on cars day in and day out so, they closed up shop and are going bacl to school, contact them they'll probaly still do small things

They've said that they are going to be sure to take care of all outstanding jobs they've got going, so I wouldn't sweat it. They aren't skipping town or filing for bankrupcy, etc.

or anyones number over there, at that.. please someone help me out i sent them out my harness assuming i would get it back, i talked to him last tuesday and he said he was working on my harness and now.. theyre gone!! i mean WTF am i supposed to do..

moderators, people close to matt or anyone at secret services, anyone in tampa, or anyone that can get a hold of them, or maybe their personal emails(already tried @ matt@secretserrvices)... please this is a desperate call for help they have my ka and sr main harness and tail harness and MY check for $190

it seems we see more and more rip off threads.

it really saddens me too, goddamn the surge in popularity and either dishonest or just naive people setting up shop and ripping off or getting in over their heads:(

There's no reason to believe that Secret Services is going to leave anyone hanging. They were pretty up front about things on that thread I linked to.

Anyway, I hope vboyq get's everything resolved.

calm down killer, you'll get your harness thier probaly working on it, they will still be doing ecu rom tunes, ect... they are NOT one of these scumbag shops that gather customers money then skip down and dont look back, they'll still be around so just calm the hell down...

Chill man, chill... I talked to John last Friday when he called us to place an order. They were very busy at the time so give it a while.

whoa i guess good news, started to panic when i heard they shut down, so many people gettin ripped and i didn't want to be in that crowd, i worked my *** off on this car for 2 weeks, 8:30 in the morning to 7:30 at night just to get everything done, and i was not gonna let a little wiring harness get in my way, or anyone that had it

i emailed matt off his personal mail on FA and we talkin now he says he still workin on it, so i guess things are cool for now...

ok update.no one wants to answer my calls, or emails. and noone wants to talk to me about where my harnesses are, not to mention i also had my igniter chip still connected to it!
