Water Temp Fluxuating

My water temp fluxuates ever since i installed a Koyo radiator a few months back. I heard that drilling holes in the thermostat fixes this problem or is this a bad idea?

My guess is that you just need to re-bleed the system. Probably still air in there.

+1 for that.

Drilling holes isn't necessary. If your t-stat is sticking it could lead to fluctuation, try a new one.

I'll try to flush it agian and if that dont work than i'll replace the thermostat.
