Today I realized that I forgot to close the lid of my 400ml (13 Ounce) water bottle. It spill all over the driver side rear seat carpet/insulation. I immediately vacuum the carpet with my 12V wet/dry vacuum, but I could get only a half cup of it. The rest is underneath the carper and while insulation layer. Since the outside temperature was -11 C (12 F) the water immediately froxen when it touches (or "fills") the inside of the bottom of the car.

So here are my options:

1. Wait until summer. I will take the rubber mat out and under the Sun, the water will evaporate
2. Wait until spring. Use towel/shop vac to absorb the water
3. Remove the rear seat, inside trim and maybe driver seat and lift the carpet, with a heat gun/hair dryer dry the carpet.
4. Take it to a car cleaner professional.

I am worrying about rust and smell. Do you think I am so much paranoid? Do you think I should leave it as-is and wait until summer? Any ideas? I really need help!!!

I wouldn't worry about it as long as it's frozen there won't be any rust/corrosion or mold growth.

Once it warms up I'd just use some towels, maybe even a Sham-Wow and blot it to soak up the water. Any residual moisture will evaporate if you leave your rubber mat out for a few days. I really wouldn't worry too much about it, I've done this before, actually my wife and kids have done this several times with no adverse effects.

+1 to what Kerrton says.
You don't need to worry about rust/corrosion underneath the carpet since the Rogue's unibody is e-coated to inhibit the build-up of rust.

Just leave it be till the summer, and/or blot up when you can when it gets above freezing.
Every winter my Rogue's footwells get pretty soaked (even with weathertech mats), and I usually just leave the Rogue outside on a sunny, warm summer day with the doors/windows open, and it dries out well.

Or if you have a heated garage you can leave it in there overnight with the windows down and then blot up what you can in the morning...
