Started hearing wierd noise.....looked underhood....water pump pulley wobbling, easy job or take it to a mechanic ?

How many tools do you have on hand and is the Q your primary vehicle? I didn't find it to be that bad of a job. I would definately correct it before some other damage occurs.

Unless you love repeat labor, best to replace all belts (with OEM!) and any not perfect pulley bearings. Sounds as if you are near terminal on yours.

They typically just leak out of the "weep hole" on the bottom. Wobbly is very bad... I wouldn't drive it until you get this replaced. Replacement is pretty easy if you have some basic hand tools.

I'm going to replace it when the weather breaks ( 20 degrees here ), can you replace it without removing the radiator, seems like you can sneak it by once you remove the fan clutch 4 screws.

Hey guy, have you replaced the water pump in your q without removing the radiator ?

IIRC,on one of my last passes, loosened the fan shroud, and removed the fan bolts, then slid fan and shroud out together. Here are some pictures below. Sorry I didn't make more pictures of the water pump.
