How many tools do you have on hand and is the Q your primary vehicle? I didn't find it to be that bad of a job. I would definately correct it before some other damage occurs.

They typically just leak out of the "weep hole" on the bottom. Wobbly is very bad... I wouldn't drive it until you get this replaced. Replacement is pretty easy if you have some basic hand tools.

I'm going to replace it when the weather breaks ( 20 degrees here ), can you replace it without removing the radiator, seems like you can sneak it by once you remove the fan clutch 4 screws.

IIRC,on one of my last passes, loosened the fan shroud, and removed the fan bolts, then slid fan and shroud out together. Here are some pictures below. Sorry I didn't make more pictures of the water pump.
