Try http://www.aplusparts.com Thats where i buy most of my import parts. they carry many OEM parts which are FAR better than Advance auto or Autozone parts

I replaced my water pump on my car with one from autozone and have never had an issue with it since and it was cheap with a lifetime warranty.

Sometimes you can get quality parts from these stores. When I was younger I worked at a couple advance auto parts stores and saw a lot of "crap" parts get sold and returned. I personally like to pay a little more and stick with OEM.

Team23, If you want a 98% new water pump I have one for sell. I bought a new pump from Nissan when I did the timing chain for my KA24E. I drove it for about 3 miles after the install and then the engine spun a rod bearing. Thats when I decided to go DE and got a 97 Engine. if you are interested, Email me at: [email protected] and I can send some pics of it. later

not sure what the exact difference is. my guess is that the "japan" is their "generic" brand and gmb is the OEM. I started ordering parts for my VW golf from them. they had all the OE parts at prices lower than any place on the net, however I am in the process of getting them to "price match" a brake master cylinder for a 240sx since Nopi has the part for nearly $30 cheaper. If you are unsure, Call them, I am sure that they will help answer your question.

got a gmb and works fine. It's slightly different from oem though, there's no groove in the edge for the gasket maker to go through. Otherwise, it looks just like oem.
