I'd source and buy a factory service manual for your car - you should be able to find one out on eBay for fairly cheap, or as a worst case scenario, call your local Nissan dealer.

There's no "simple" way to replace a water pump - there's bound to be a handful of things you must remove to get to it, then the process of removal/installation, then replacing everything that went to it.

its not all that hard. remove belts , remove altenator, remove water pump,like 6 12 mm bolts hold it in. It might be easier to also remove the engine mount just above it as well.
