Water pump "roaring" is my ac compressor going out??

After 1 month on so with my nissan altima, suddenly water pump start roaring, I tried to unhook the belt and played with all the pulleys but still making noise, is my ac compressor going out? Finally I went to my mech... he suggest me to replace water pump , I tried to google it , I have found website(theautopartsshop.com) this site has very low rate ($ 39 for cardone) and they are have replacement parts so i don’t know much more about them so is that good to buy from this website.

If someone here had any experience then please help me or please suggest me some other good site for my water pump 
